Yes! The plain notebooks are Moleskin Cahier journals, soft cover, lined, 5" x 8.25" -- you can find them at Amazon, Target, etc. And most of the stickers I order from Red Bubble but also friends give me some and I seem to buy at least one from every bookshop I visit. =)
